OnePlus has effectively confirmed that the 12R will join the 12 at that new flagship smartphone's impending global launch, hinting that the former will be available in Europe and North America as well as India in the process.
Given that the 12R is believed to emerge as the non-Chinese version of the potentially compelling Ace 3, it might be welcome news to many tech enthusiasts that it may not be an Indian-market exclusive as with its predecessor the 11R. Now, the latest leaks suggest that this is indeed the case.
An unidentified new "OnePlus Phone" has been registered alongside another overtly identified as the 12 with the Bluetooth SIG - however, as its model number CPH2609 is reasonably similar to that from an equally new FCC listing (CPH2611), it might also be for the 12R.
As for the 12 itself, its Bluetooth SIG leak outs it as either the CPH2573, CPH2581 or CPH2583, whereas the Google Play Console and Supported Devices List also reportedly identifies it as the OP5929L1 or OP595DL1 as well as the PJD110: a plethora of model numbers that might indeed hint at multiple regional SKUs, especially considering that only one (the last one) is for the Chinese market.
