Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G launches globally with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and a large battery
Xiaomi has brought the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G to global audiences following the handset's recent Chinese and Indian releases. Incidentally, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G arrives only a few days after the similar POCO X6 5G. For reference, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is not to be confused with the Redmi Note 13 Pro that Xiaomi also launched globally today. Instead, the 5G model contains the following hardware highlights:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset
- 6.67-inch AMOLED display, 1220p resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 1,800 nits peak brightness
- LPDDR4x RAM
- UFS 2.2 flash storage
- 5,100 mAh battery with 67 W charging
- 200 MP primary camera, f/1.65 aperture, 1/1.4-inch optical format, OIS
Additionally, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G has 8 MP ultra-wide-angle, 2 MP macro and 16 MP front-facing cameras. Moreover, the handset has a flat display finish, unlike the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G. On top of that, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G is IP54 certified, has an in-display fingerprint sensor and weighs 187 g while measuring 161.1 x 74.2 x 7.9 mm.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G ships with MIUI 14 based on Android 13, too, and comes in Aurora Purple, Ocean Teal and Midnight Black colourways. For now, the smartphone costs at least €399.90, which features 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
