AOC has released a new 480 Hz OLED gaming monitor in China. Arriving before a presumed global rollout, the Agon Pro AGP327UZD also contains an 80 Gbps-capable DisplayPort 2.1 connection and a USB Type-C port for a single cable set-up for ~$915.

AOC has lifted the lid on another high-end gaming monitor before its probable global release. To recap, the company unveiled the Agon Pro AG327UXM earlier this month backed by 2,304 Mini LED zones. Prior to that, it released the Agon 6 Pro AG326UZD globally with the same QD-OLED panel as the MSI MPG 322URX (curr. $1,039 on Amazon), among other modern gaming monitors.

Now, the company has presented the Agon Pro AGP327UZD with the same 4K resolution and 240 Hz resolution as the Agon 6 Pro AG326UZD. However, AOC has turned to a Gen 3 WOLED panel supplied by LG Display for the Agon Pro AGP327UZD. As such, the Agon Pro AGP327UZD can switch to a 480 Hz refresh rate mode by dropping its resolution to 1080p. Additionally, the monitor delivers 275 nits peak SDR brightness with 1,300 nits (1.5% APL) peak HDR brightness in accordance with VESA's DisplayHDR 400 True Black certification.

On top of that, the monitor boasts 0.03 ms GtG response times, 98.5% DCI-P3 colour space coverage and Delta E <1 factory colour calibration. As the picture below shows, AOC has included several ports, including a 65 W USB Type-C port and DisplayPort 2.1 with 80 Gbps bandwidth. AOC charges CNY 6,499 (~$915) for the Agon Pro AGP327UZD in China. There is no word on global availability yet, though.
