ONEXPLAYER X1 launches as first Intel Meteor Lake gaming handheld with Intel Core Ultra 7 155H and OCuLink eGPU support
One-Netbook has finally released the ONEXPLAYER X1, its largest gaming handheld to date. To recap, the company confirmed full specifications, pricing and a release date at the end of last week. While the ONEXPLAYER X1 currently starts at $859 as One-Netbook promised, there are a few caveats.
On the one hand, the company will only honour 200 units at that price. The same limit applies to all SKUs up to the flagship Core Ultra 7 155H, 64 GB of RAM and 4 TB of storage variant. However, One-Netbook has set a 100-unit limit for SKUs with the ONEXGPU, which starts at $1,509 with a Core Ultra 5 125H processor, as well as 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD.
On the other hand, One-Netbook will include numerous accessories with all ONEXPLAYER X1 orders placed in the first 72 hours of its Indiegogo campaign. In other words, you have until January 26 at 16:00 UTC to receive the following:
- 1x Back Support Bracket
- 2x Controllers
- 1x Pre-installed screen film
- 1x Protective Bag
- 1x Magnetic Keyboard
One-Netbook hopes to begin shipping all Indiegogo orders in March 2024. Please note that the prices listed on the company's crowdfunding campaign do not include shipping and taxes. Incidentally, the ONEXPLAYER X1 is the first gaming handheld to launch with Intel Meteor Lake processors. For now, only the MSI Claw exists as an alternative, although MSI has not revealed when its smaller option will be available yet.
