Honor has finally revealed the price of its new foldable. Launching in China before the Oppo Find N6, the Magic V6 retails for just as much as its predecessor. In that sense, Honor may have provided an insight into how much its new foldable may cost globally.

Honor made a big splash earlier this month by becoming the first Android OEM to reveal a 2026 foldable. The company even showcased the Magic V6 globally before presenting the device in its home market. However, this global announcement came with a hefty catch.

Despite unveiling the Magic V6 globally in March, Honor also confirmed that its new foldable would not be available outside China until July at the earliest. The company elected not to reveal global pricing, either. With the device now being released in China, Honor has inadvertently provided an insight into how much the Magic V6 could cost in other markets.

Specifically Honor has priced the Magic V6 at CNY 8,999 (~$1,310), undercutting the Galaxy Z Fold7 by a massive margin in China (curr. $1,035 - refurbished on Amazon). In other words, the Magic V6 costs just as much as its predecessor but almost a year later. Thus, we would not be surprised if the Magic V6 followed the Magic V5's global pricing, which started at £1,699.99 in the UK and €1,999 in the Eurozone. Please see our launch article for more details about Honor's latest foldable.
