CheckMag | New suggestions of a Xiaomi Poco X7 Neo release are a red-herring
The Poco X7 has only just turned up on Geekbench sporting what appears to be the same hardware as the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G. Now, someone has posted what the likes of GSMArena and MySmartPrice what they believe is the Poco X7 Neo. Ultimately, the Geekbench listings two which the pair refer do not mention the Poco X7 Neo by name.
Instead, they reveal the model number 2409FPCC4I, which was previously spotted passing through the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in August alongside the Redmi Note 14 5G. While Xiaomi has since released the Redmi Note 14 5G outside China, there has been no official mention of the Poco X7 Neo yet. However, that may be because '2409FPCC4I' is actually the Indian version of the Poco M7 Pro 5G, not the Poco X7 Neo.

For context, various regulatory bodies revealed earlier this year that a Poco device bearing the codename '2409FPCC4G' was in development. Evidently, 2409FPCC4I and 2409FPCC4G are Indian and global variants of the same device. At the time, 2409FPCC4G was said to be the global version of the Poco M7 Pro 5G as a successor of sorts to the Poco M6 Pro 4G (curr. $227 on Amazon); Xiaomi does not sell the Poco M6 Pro 5G globally.
Additionally, Xiaomi confirmed only last week that the Poco M7 Pro 5G will reach India on December 17. Moreover, the information that can be gleaned from Geekbench suggests that 2409FPCC4I contains the same Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipset as the Redmi Note 14 5G. Thus, we suspect that 2409FPCC4I has appeared on Geekbench shortly before its release as the Poco M7 Pro 5G, rather than serving as a first sighting of the Poco X7 Neo.
