LG UltraGear OLED 39GS95QE pricing revealed before release
Over two months have passed since LG announced the UltraGear OLED 39GS95QE. In the meantime, the company has started selling the UltraGear OLED 27GS95QE, a smaller 27-inch option that retails for $899.99. Although both monitors feature 1440p resolutions and 240 Hz refresh rates, the UltraGear OLED 39GS95QE costs significantly more than the UltraGear OLED 27GS95QE.
For reference, the former outputs at 3,440 x 1,440 pixels (WQHD) in a 21:9 aspect ratio. Additionally, the monitor has an 800R curvature, matching the UltraGear OLED 45GS95QE. Moreover, the monitor covers 98.5% of the DCI-P3 colour space while maintaining 0.03 ms GtG response times and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technologies.
The UltraGear OLED 39GS95QE will soon be available in the US for $1,499.99. Although DisplaySpecifications insists that the monitor is already on sale in the US, we cannot find evidence of that. Instead, LG has only listed the monitor on its website with its US launch pricing. The company has also confirmed that the monitor will come with two years OLED burn-in warranty, a year less than new ASUS and MSI QD-OLED gaming monitors, plus the following ports:
- 1x 3.5 mm jack (4-pole)
- 1x DisplayPort 1.4
- 2x HDMI 2.1
- 2x USB Type-A
- 1x USB Type-B
