Nubia has snuck in another high-end device with today's release of the Z70S Ultra. For context, subsidiary RedMagic recently hinted that a new high-end tablet is in the works. However, it looks like Nubia has revisited the RedMagic Nova (curr. $649 on Amazon) in the creation of the Nubia Tablet Pro.
A giveaway is that the Nubia Tablet Pro has arrived with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset rather than the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite. On top of that, Nubia has included a 10.9-inch IPS display that resolves at 2.8K with a 144 Hz refresh rate and up to 550 nits peak brightness. Likewise, the Nubia Tablet Pro matches the RedMagic Nova with a 10,100 mAh battery. For some reason, Nubia has dropped the tablet's peak charging wattage from 80 W to 66 W, though.
The Nubia Tablet mirrors the RedMagic Nova with a 7.3 mm thick case and a magnetic keyboard accessory, too. Somehow, Nubia has shaved off 7 g to reach 523 g. The Nubia Tablet Pro starts at CNY 2,799 (~$384) with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. As the picture below shows, Nubia also offers its latest tablet in other memory configurations, culminating in a 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage option that retails for CNY 3,999 (~$548). There is no word yet on international availability, though.
