Xiaomi has quietly released a 2026 edition of its 34-inch curved gaming monitor. To recap, the original Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi arrived in 2024 (curr. $289.99 on Amazon). Then towards the end of 2025, Xiaomi added the Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi 2026 to its global website without elaborating further about pricing or availability.
Now, the monitor has received its first release in Australia. As far as we can tell, Xiaomi is not offering the Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi 2026 in any other markets yet, except in China where the company sells it as the Redmi G34WQ 2026. Nonetheless, we would expect the monitor to reach Malaysia, Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries before making its way to Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
Xiaomi has priced the Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi 2026 at AUD 599 in Australia, which converts to ~$418 at current exchange rates. However, the company has already discounted the monitor to AUD 449 (~$313). For that price, Xiaomi includes dual DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 ports but no USB ports to speak of.
Moreover, a 3.5 mm jack is present but lacks any built-in speakers. Setting that aside, the Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi 2026 provides a 1500R curvature with a 3,440 x 1,440 pixel resolution and a 21:9 aspect ratio. Also, the monitor offers a 180 Hz refresh rate with 1 ms GtG response times, 400 nits peak brightness and a 3,500:1 contrast ratio by virtue of being a VA panel. Please see Xiaomi's website for more details.
