The Xiaomi Curved Gaming Monitor G34WQi 2026 has just been listed on Xiaomi's global website. However, information on availability in local markets is still pending. Xiaomi itself offers alternatives, such as its predecessor, which also features a differently designed back panel.

Extra-wide gaming monitor

The G34WQi (2026) is an extra-wide monitor that offers a 34-inch screen diagonal, a 21:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 3440 x 1440. This is not an OLED or Mini-LED panel, but rather a VA (Vertical Alignment) LCD panel with a relatively low brightness of 400 cd/m². The contrast ratio is listed as 3500:1. Xiaomi specifies a gray-to-gray response time of one millisecond and a maximum refresh rate of 180 Hz. FreeSync Premium is supported and, according to Xiaomi, the panel covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color space and the entire sRGB color space. A color deviation of Delta E less than 2 ex works is specified.

No USB nor KVM switch

The rear panel has a striking design and features RGB lighting. Two HDMI and DisplayPort ports are found here, but no USB ports at all. The monitor can be adjusted in height, rotated, and tilted using the included stand, and can be mounted on a wall bracket or monitor arm using VESA. Lastly, the monitor has a curvature radius of 1,500 millimeters.
