The KIWI310 is a new single-board computer (SBC) built around the Raspberry Pi form factor. The SBC features an x86 processor rather than an ARM one though, and supports 5G connectivity.

Axiomtek has revealed the KIWI310, a single-board computer (SBC) with an Intel processor and a Raspberry Pi form factor. Specifically, the KIWI310 measures 85 x 56 mm, mirroring the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. Additionally, the SBC contains the Celeron N3350, a dual-core processor with a 6 W TDP.

The Apollo Lake processor also contains an Intel HD Graphics 500 iGPU and is complemented by up to 4 GB of RAM. Axiomtek includes up to 64 GB of eMMC flash storage, too. Moreover, the SBC contains a micro HDMI port that can output at 4K/60 FPS, along with an M.2 2230 Key E connection for adding a PCIe module.

Axiomtek has included a 40-pin GPIO header as well, which supports I2C, SPI, UART and PWM. The company plans to offer 5G connectivity via an expansion board and will release images for Android, Linux and Windows. The KIWI310 should be available to purchase now; Axiomtek has not revealed how much the SBC costs, though.
