Garmin has now delivered a fresh update for the Fenix 8 (curr. $999.99 on Amazon), which is also rolling out across the Enduro 3 and Fenix E. Please note that the new build has arrived on Garmin's stable software distribution channel rather than its Beta Program.
As such, System Software 12.35 should contain fewer bugs than recent beta builds. With that being said, Garmin has just pushed a new update to Fenix 7 and Fenix 7 Pro smartwatches that makes amends for a prior buggy stable build.
Similarly, System Software 12.35 for the Enduro 3, Fenix E and Fenix 8 mainly serves to resolve bugs that existed in earlier software. For instance, alarms should no longer be set to silent after migrating settings from a Fenix 7 family smartwatch.
Moreover, Garmin reports that it has fixed issues that prevented CIQ watch faces from displaying properly after a device reset. On top of that, System Software 12.35 should not contain missing tones for phone call alerts.
Furthermore, the new update restricts Garmin's Workout Execution Score to Running and Cycling workouts. On top of that, Garmin has refined its sensor search UX by placing sensors in pairing mode at the top of a search list. For reference, the full changelog for System Software 12.35 that Garmin describes on its forum post is as follows:
