Xiaomi is yet to announce the Mi 11 Pro, but leaks and rumours about the handset keep appearing online. Digital Chat Station recently claimed that Xiaomi was awaiting regulatory approval on equipping the Mi 11 Pro with 80 W wireless charging, the capabilities of which Xiaomi teased last year. Now, more details have been published on the Xiaomiui Türkçe Telegram channel, brought to our attention by Abhishek Yadav.
We were unable to verify the information posted, but a lot of it would make sense for a Xiaomi flagship smartphone. Apparently, Xiaomi will equip the Mi 11 Pro with the Sony IMX766, a 50 MP sensor that will serve as the device's primary camera. The IMX766 has only been seen in the Oppo Reno 5 Pro+ to date.
Additionally, the Mi 11 Pro will reputedly have an ultra-wide-angle camera with a 0.5x field of view and OIS, along with a 48 MP optically stabilised sensor with 5x zoom. Moreover, 120x digital zoom is mentioned, as is 10x video zoom and an 'OIS video lens switch'. Unsurprisingly, Xiaomi is expected to equip the Mi 11 Pro, reputedly codenamed Star, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.
