Xiaomi has announced that it sold over a million units of the Mi 11 in just 21 days. This comes after selling 350,000 units on the first day, and over 500,000 by the tenth. All of this translates into over US$600 million of revenue from Mi 11 sales alone, with the phone still yet to make its way outside China.

Xiaomi released the Mi 11 for sale on the very first day of the year. When the phone went on sale for the first time, the company sold 350,000 units in just five minutes. Three weeks later, Xiaomi has announced that it has hit another sales milestone for the Mi 11.

Xiaomi, on Weibo a few days ago, announced that it had now sold over a million units of the Mi 11. And in just 21 days. Considering 500,000 units had been sold by the tenth day, 1 million by the 21st day shows strong, steady sales.

Selling over a million units of the Mi 11 means Xiaomi has now earned a whopping US$617 million from sales of the flagship. Xiaomi, of course, is yet to launch the device outside China. Pricing for previous generations indicates that the phone will likely be quite a bit more expensive when Xiaomi does release it globally, so the company has even more to look forward to.
