A full specification sheet for the global version of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has turned up online. Not only does the image confirm all key specifications for the Galaxy S25 Ultra contender, but it also confirms that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be the first smartphone to launch sporting Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is due to officially arrive in two days. This is only true in China though, where it will launch alongside other new devices like the Redmi Book Pro 16 2025. By contrast, Xiaomi's next flagship will not arrive globally until March 2 before being showcased at MWC 2025 in Barcelona.

Nonetheless, Roland Quandt has now published a full specification sheet for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, having seemingly revealed details from it yesterday. Originally in French, we have embedded both the original and a machine-translated version below.

While many of the device's specifications were already known, the spec sheet confirms that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is slightly thicker than its predecessor at 9.35 mm for its two-tone finish or 9.48 mm for its other finishes. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra (curr. $1,029 on Amazon) is also lighter than its successor in most guises, albeit only by a few grammes.

The same image highlights Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity, which the Snapdragon 8 Elite supports but has not been leveraged by other smartphones like the OnePlus 13 or Galaxy S25 Ultra. In other words, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra may be the first smartphone to launch with official Bluetooth 6.0 support; please see our Bluetooth 6.0 launch article for more details on the changes made from older Bluetooth standards.

Moreover, HyperOS 2.0 will offer Xiaomi HyperAI globally with features like Creative Assistant and Productivity Assistant. The functionality of these appears to mirror that of other Android OEMs though, rather than bringing anything new to the table. Please see the images below for more details.
