Lenovo has now started selling the IdeaPad Vibe 15AGP12 in Europe. Starting at £799.99 in the UK and €799 in the Eurozone, the new 15-inch laptop can be configured with up to 32 GB of RAM and is said to deliver over 16 hours of battery life in official tests.

Just over a month has passed since Lenovo unveiled the IdeaPad Vibe 15 with AMD processors. As promised, it has now started selling the IdeaPad Vibe 15 in Europe. However, not all variants are available yet. For instance, we cannot find any mention of the IdeaPad Vibe 15AKP12 in Europe with AMD's Krackan Point 2 architecture.

Instead, the IdeaPad Vibe 15AGP12 comes with more powerful Gorgon Point options. Specifically, the 15-inch laptop can be configured with the Ryzen AI 5 430 or Ryzen AI 7 445, just like the IdeaPad 5a 2-in-1 we reviewed earlier this year (curr. $969 on Amazon).

According to our benchmarks, the Ryzen AI 7 445 leads the Ryzen AI 5 430 by about 20% in CPU workloads. By contrast, both processors feature the Radeon 840M iGPU, albeit with a 3.5% overclock in the Ryzen AI 7 445's favour. With that said, Asus only charges £30 and €40 in most countries for upgrading from the Ryzen AI 5 430 to the Ryzen AI 7 445.

For some reason, this upgrade runs to €100 extra in Austria and Germany, though. Meanwhile, one can downgrade from 16 GB of single-channel RAM to 8 GB of RAM for a £150 and €170-€200 saving. As a result, the IdeaPad Vibe 15AKP12 starts at £799.99 in the UK and €799-€959 after making this change.

Alternatively, Lenovo sells its new 15-inch laptop with up to 32 GB of RAM, a 1 TB SSD and Bluetooth 5.4/Wi-Fi 7 connectivity. A 1200p IPS display with 45% NTSC colour space coverage is common across all units though, as is a 50 Wh battery rated for up to 16.8 hours of battery life in 1080p local video playback tests. Please see Lenovo's website for more details.
