Doogee has begun selling the T20 Ultra, a 12-inch tablet based around the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset and 12 GB of RAM. The large tablet also has a 10,800 mAh battery and runs Android 13 out of the box, all for under US$250.

Doogee has premiered the T20 Ultra, a 12-inch tablet based on Android 13. According to the company's product listing, the tablet has a 2,560 x 1,600 (2.5K) native resolution, which puts it on par with the smaller T30 Ultra. As a result, the former has a lower pixel density than the latter, although the T20 Ultra is still respectable in this regard at 251 PPI.

Additionally, the T20 Ultra features the MediaTek Helio G99, a 6 nm SoC that has two ARM Cortex-A76 cores running at 2.2 GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores restricted to 2 GHz and a Mali-G57 MP2 GPU. For reference, we have already tested the Helio G99 in tablets like the Lenovo Tab P11 2022 (Gen 2), Teclast T50 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Pad. While the chipset is not necessarily the most power efficient, the inclusion of a 10,800 mAh battery should deliver decent runtimes.

Moreover, the T20 Ultra possesses 8 MP front-facing and 16 MP rear-facing cameras, as well as quad speakers and Widevine L1 certification for streaming DRM-protected at 1080p. The Doogee T20 Ultra is orderable now on AliExpress for US$249.99 with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. GSMArena notes that the tablet will reach general sale on November 11, though.
