Vivo has brought the X90 and X90 Pro to Europe, nearly three months after their debut in China. While both rely on MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipsets and 120 Hz AMOLED displays, the X90 Pro has better cameras and has a nominally larger battery, among other differences.

Vivo has launched the Vivo X90 and Vivo X90 Pro in Europe, the company's latest flagship smartphones. For reference, the X90 and X90 Pro debuted last November in China alongside the X90 Pro Plus. While Vivo differentiates the X90 Pro+ from its X90 siblings in multiple areas, little separates the X90 and X90 Pro. Instead, Vivo equips the X90 and X90 Pro with the same display, chipset, in-house V2 image-signal processor (ISP) and ZEISS co-engineered imaging system. Perhaps unsurprisingly, it is difficult to tell the X90 and X90 Pro apart, as Vivo's marketing images demonstrate.

The X90 Pro has a few advantages over its non-Pro sibling, though. On the one hand, the handset utilises superior primary and portrait cameras, albeit the pair share the same ultra-wide-angle and front-facing cameras. Additionally, the X90 Pro support wireless charging and has a nominally larger battery. However, we doubt an additional 60 mAh will yield any noticeable battery life improvements over the X90. Conversely, the X90 Pro is thicker and heavier than the X90, likely because of its wireless charging coil, different battery and vegan leather back panel. In summary, the X90 and X90 Pro contain the following hardware:

In short, neither device will be available in Europe with 512 GB of storage, unlike in China. Likewise, Vivo has cut the X90 Pro's entry-level variant, which has 8 GB of RAM, as well as the 128 GB option for the X90. Unfortunately, Vivo has not confirmed pricing or availability yet. We will update this article once the company does so.
