Should Coca-Cola really intend to collaborate with an Android OEM on a new special-edition smartphone, it could do much worse than the Realme 10 Pro. With its dual rear camera rings and otherwise clean build, it could indeed be nearly mistaken for a soft drinks can if it were, for example, painted red and slathered in the necessary branding.
This is just as well, as the "Cola Phone" allegedly confirmed to launch later this year in India by Mukul Sharma on Twitter does indeed look most like a 10 Pro with just such a finish. Now, Realme itself now insinuates that this is indeed the case.
The company's Indian division has started to preview an "event" that might indeed prove "Refreshing" for fans that have gotten way too used to gaming or anime special-edition smartphones by now. Fun as those can be, Realme asserts that this upcoming product will make some consumers say "Cheers for Real".
Now, it just remains to be seen if the '10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition' will turn up in sugar-free versions, or just launch in original, later in 2023.
