Billed as an electric grinder, an adjustable ceramic coffee mill, a measuring cup and a travel mug, the Beanque has already raised over US$15,000 on Kickstarter. The 3-in-1 coffee maker is available from US$49 and will ship in July 2020.

Portable coffee makers are nothing new. Devices like the AeroPress or Minipresso have been around for years now, as have portable coffee grinders. Then, there are devices like the XEOLEO portable coffee machine, a device that can grind and brew coffee for you. The XEOLEO is rather hard to come across though, unless you buy it from AliExpress.

Now, a company called Beanque claims to have built a 3-in-1 coffee maker, building on the idea of devices like the XEOLEO. Currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter, the eponymously named Beanque combines a ceramic burr grinder, a double-walled filter, a measuring jug and a travel mug.

Based around a 1,200 mAh battery that charges via USB Type-C, the Beanque has already received over US$15,000 in funding from 219 backers. While it can only deliver filter coffee, the Beanque has five grind settings and can store hot water for up to 12 hours. Beanque claims that the device will take two minutes to for a full grind, which it can complete twenty of before it needs recharging.

The Beanque is available to order now from US$49 on Kickstarter. The company estimates that it will deliver to backers in July 2020.
