Xiaomi: New premium smartphones rumoured to receive global releases in May

It seems rumours about Xiaomi replacing the Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro before their first anniversaries. Just yesterday, the Xiaomi 17T appeared on Geekbench. Now, billbil-kun has shared numerous details about both devices.
Writing on Dealabs, the leaker reiterates that the Xiaomi 17T series will debut in May 2026, eight months after Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro (curr. $782 on Amazon). Not only that, but both smartphones are set to start for €100 more than their predecessors.
Specifically, the Xiaomi 17T is rumoured to cost €749 (~$875) with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 17T Pro is said to run to €999 (~$1,165) with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. A 512 GB alternative is also rumoured for the Xiaomi 17T; billbil-kun has not received pricing confirmation for this configuration yet, though.
All memory combinations should be available in Blue, Black and Purple finishes, too. Currently, the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro are expected to feature the following hardware, with significant battery upgrades for both models compared to their predecessors:
