Xiaomi 17T Pro leaks with flagship chipset before global launch

Recently, the standard Xiaomi 17T model appeared on Geekbench. Now, the global variant of the Xiaomi 17T Pro with model number "2602EPTC0G" has also appeared on Geekbench AI. The listing reveals the chipset details of the upcoming high-end smartphone.
According to the benchmark, the Xiaomi 17T Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset along with 12GB of RAM. For reference, the Dimensity 9500 is MediaTek's flagship chipset based on a 3nm process, and it powers devices such as the Vivo X300 Pro and the Oppo Find X9 Pro. In the Geekbench AI test, the Xiaomi 17T Pro scores 974 points in the single-precision test, 1,171 points in the half-precision test, and 1,334 points in the quantized test.
Leaks and rumors suggest the Xiaomi 17T series may bring major battery improvements compared to the 15T series. However, camera upgrades may be minimal. For reference, last year's Xiaomi 15T Pro (curr. $782.50 on Amazon) featured a 6.83-inch AMOLED display, a Dimensity 9400+ chipset, and a 5,500mAh battery. It featured a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens.
As for the launch, the Xiaomi 17T series has already cleared multiple certifications, including IMDA certification in Singapore. There is no official date yet, but it may arrive as early as May 2026.
