Vivo X500 series: Leak reveals early details of next-gen lineup

The Vivo X300 series is a camera-centric lineup of smartphones. The company released the standard Vivo X300 and the X300 Pro in October 2025. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300s and the top-of-the-line X300 Ultra were released in March 2026 in China. Now, a leak has surfaced about the next-generation Vivo X500 series.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Vivo X500 series may include a device with a 6.37-inch display. It is tipped to feature an LTPO panel with a 1.5K resolution. The tipster hints that it could be the Vivo X500 Pro. For reference, there are rumors of a Vivo X500 Pro Max as well.
The compact model may also feature a flagship chipset based on a 2nm process, potentially a next-generation Dimensity chipset. In the camera department, it may feature a 50MP sensor with LOFIC technology. It may also come with a new periscope telephoto lens.
Apart from the compact model, the tipster has mentioned details of two other models. One is said to be a medium-sized device with a 6.59-inch LTPS panel with a 1.5K resolution. There may also be a device with a flat 6.85-inch LTPO display and a 2K resolution. The lineup is tipped to feature a maximum of 144Hz refresh rate and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
