iQoo 15T: First look at new flagship with 200MP camera leaked

A previous leak revealed that iQoo will launch two new devices in May. Among them is the iQoo Pad 6 Pro, expected to be a flagship tablet with a 4K display. Additionally, the company is rumored to introduce a new smartphone: the iQoo 15T.
On the Chinese social media site Weibo, a leaked image of a new iQoo device has surfaced. According to prominent tipster Digital Chat Station, the device shown in the leaked image is the upcoming iQoo 15T. Notably, the design of the camera module resembles that of the iQoo 15 Ultra. It features a dual rear camera setup and an LED flash. The leaked image shows the device in a light blue finish.
For context, the iQoo 15 was a flagship smartphone released in October 2025, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Subsequently, the brand launched the iQoo 15 Ultra with the same chipset but with additional gaming-centric features like a built-in cooling fan and shoulder triggers.
Leaked details of the iQoo 15T
The iQoo 15T is expected to be the first in the lineup to feature a 200MP primary camera. It will feature a 6.83-inch display with a 2K resolution. Instead of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the iQoo 15T is expected to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. The tipster has also revealed that the iQoo 15T will not feature a built-in cooling fan. There is currently no word on whether the iQoo 15T will be released in the global market or stay exclusive to China.
