OnePlus 40W Super Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler gets a color refresh

Back in March, OnePlus announced a new and improved magnetic cooler to succeed the 27W Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler that was released alongside the OnePlus 13T in April 2025. The new accessory, which is sold as the OnePlus 40W Super Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler, initially launched in a single color. Now, OnePlus has released a second color option.

The OnePlus 40W Super Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler is now available to buy in a new color called Heartflow White, and it joins the Deep Space Silver color option that was announced in March. The new color has the same features and even the same price tag as the Deep Space Silver variant.

As a recap, the OnePlus 40W Super Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler is an accessory designed to lower a device's temperature during intensive tasks such as when running resource-heavy apps or during long gaming sessions. As the name says, the device magnetically attaches to the back of your smartphone, and when it is plugged into a charger with a power rating of at least 45W, it begins to work.

The device uses TEC (thermoeletcric cooling) to lower the device's temperature and reduce heat. It also has a fan and integrated LED lights to indicate the four cooling levels. According to OnePlus, the magnetic cooler can reach a low temperature of -22°C and can drop to 0°C in just 18 seconds.

The OnePlus 40W Super Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler is priced at CNY 229 ($34/€29) and it is available to buy now on the Oppo Shop website. OnePlus is also offering a discount of CNY 30 ($4.40/€3.76) when you purchase the cooler alongside the Ace 6 Ultra.
