OnePlus launching powerful 40W Super Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler for the OnePlus 15T

A few days ago, OnePlus unveiled the Magnetic Ice Card Slim Cooler designed to be used with the upcoming OnePlus 15T. To recap, the accessory features a much slimmer design compared to the popular OnePlus Ice Point coolers and covers more of the back of the phone, similar to magnetic power banks. Now, OnePlus has revealed on Weibo that it will launch another magnetic cooler this month.

The new OnePlus 40W Super Ice Point Magnetic Cooler is an upgraded model of the OnePlus 27W Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler that was released alongside the OnePlus 13T. It attaches magnetically to the back of compatible phones but now supports up to 40W cooling, which OnePlus claims can drop the phone’s temperature to 0 degrees Celsius in just 18 seconds. That said, we expect OnePlus to also include a clip for phones without built-in magnets.

In addition to the two magnetic coolers, OnePlus will also release a new Hole-Pattern Magnetic Case for the OnePlus 15T. According to the images, the case will be offered in white and features a unique cutout matrix design. The holes can be filled with small chocolate-cube-like accessories for a customizable look. Moreover, the built-in magnetic ring ensures compatibility with the new magnetic coolers.

OnePlus has yet to reveal the pricing of the new 40W magnetic cooler and case, but the cooler is already listed for preorder on the online Oppo Shop in China.
