Ahead of the launch, a leak reveals what appears to be the Indian retail box of the OnePlus Nord 6. It reveals several highlights of the device, including a Snapdragon 8-series chipset and a large battery that surpasses even the flagship OnePlus 15.

Recently, OnePlus teased a new Nord series smartphone. The device is expected to be the OnePlus Nord 6, successor to last year's Nord 5. Now, tipster @heyitsyogesh on X has shared an alleged Indian retail packaging image of the Nord 6, showing its key specifications.

According to the leak, the OnePlus Nord 6 will feature a 165Hz AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution. In contrast, the Nord 5 had a 144Hz display. The leaked retail box highlights that the Nord 6 has a 50MP Sony rear primary camera with OIS and a 32MP selfie camera with autofocus.

The leak also points to a large 9,000mAh battery, up from 6,800mAh on its predecessor. Notably, the alleged 9,000mAh battery even surpasses the flagship OnePlus 15 (curr. $899 on Amazon), which packs a 7,300mAh cell.

The box suggests a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8-series chipset, and a previous Geekbench listing points more specifically to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. The tipster also reveals that it may have two memory configurations in India: 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB. It is tipped to come in Black, Mint, and Silver colorways. The phone is expected to launch in the first week of April.
