OnePlus confirms new magnetic smartphone accessories release date for OnePlus 15T

OnePlus confirmed the launch date for the OnePlus 15T earlier today. In summary, the new flagship should be available to order in China from March 24. Although global launch details remain unknown for the time being, the OnePlus 13T was sold internationally as the OnePlus 13s.

Now, OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 15T will be joined by several new accessories too. Pictured above and below, the accessories are all designed to take advantage of the OnePlus 15T's built-in wireless charging magnets. As a result, these accessories will not be directly compatible with the OnePlus 15 (curr. $899 on Amazon), which lacks Qi2 magnets.

By the looks of things, OnePlus only plans to announce the magnetic accessories that it has already announced. Thus, the Magnetic Ice Card Slim Cooler, 40W Super Freezing Point Magnetic Cooler, and the 50W Magnetic Turbo 2 Wireless Charger should all debut simultaneously. Incidentally, the latter is already available with Oppo branding. Thus, we suspect that OnePlus' equivalent will retail for around CNY 349 (~$50). Launch offers may reduce the accessory's price to CNY 319 (~$46), though.
