Upcoming OnePlus phone certified as leak reveals details ahead of expected global launch

In December 2025, a new OnePlus smartphone was leaked (via FoneArena) with model number "CPH2805." It was rumored to be a global version of a OnePlus Turbo 6 series smartphone. Now it has been certified by the BIS regulatory body in India, suggesting that a launch is in the pipeline.
Speculation suggests it could launch as the OnePlus Nord 6 CE. However, there is no concrete word on the actual branding of the phone yet.
For those unaware, the OnePlus Turbo 6 series includes two models: the standard Turbo 6 and the Turbo 6V. The Turbo 6 with Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is expected to launch globally as the OnePlus Nord 6, as hinted by previous leaks.
As such, the OnePlus "CPH2805" could be a rebranded version of the Turbo 6V. For reference, the Turbo 6V is a mid-range smartphone featuring a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, which achieves around 7% better performance than the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 found in the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ (curr. $347 on Amazon). The Turbo 6V has a 50MP rear camera, a 16MP selfie camera, a 9,000mAh battery, and an optical in-display fingerprint scanner.
According to leaks, the OnePlus Nord 6 could launch in early April. However, it is unclear if the Nord 6 CE will launch at the same time.
