Lenovo releases cheaper versions of new 14-inch laptop with Intel Panther Lake and 32 GB RAM

Lenovo has quietly started selling cheaper versions of the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition (14IPH11) across Europe and in Australia. For context, just over a month has passed since the company brought the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition (14IPH11) to North America. Announced during MWC 2026, the 14-inch laptop reached Europe in mid-March.
Initially, the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition (14IPH11) was only available with a Core Ultra 7 355 processor. A mid-range option from Intel's Panther Lake family, the Core Ultra 7 355 features 4 Cougar Cove P cores and 4 Darkmont LP cores. While the price of this processor choice remains unchanged, Lenovo has updated the 14IPH11 to include the lesser Core Ultra 5 322 and Core Ultra 5 325 as a cheaper configuration.
Currently, the Core Ultra 5 322 is the slowest member of Intel's Panther Lake family, thanks to its 2 Cougar Cove P cores and 4 Darkmont LP cores. Also, the processor contains an iGPU with a mere 2 Xe3 cores, a sixth of those found in the Arc B390. By contrast, the Core Ultra 5 325 is effectively a downclocked Core Ultra 7 355 with the same 4-core iGPU and 8 CPU cores.
As a result, the 14IPH11 now starts at 15% less in the UK, 22% less in Australia and between 14-15% less in the Eurozone at £1,017, AUD 1,699 and €1,289-€1,359, respectively. It is worth noting that the Core Ultra 5 322 can only be configured with 16 GB of RAM. Also, Lenovo does not offer this laptop with a 2.8K and 120 Hz OLED display.
Neither of these restrictions are in place for SKUs configured with a Core Ultra 5 325 though, which commands £30, AUD 100 and €40 surcharges over the Core Ultra 5 322. All SKUs ship with Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, 70 Wh batteries, M.2 2242 storage and LPDDR5X-7467 RAM, a modest downgrade on the LPDDR5X-8533 RAM in Lenovo's Gen 10 models (curr. $1,199 on Amazon).
