@UniverseIce has expanded on their predictions about the Galaxy Z Fold4, a smartphone that could still be over two months away from being announced. Still, they now claim to have received a photo of the Galaxy Z Fold4's foldable display, pictured below. Unfortunately, @UniverseIce has not explained how they obtained the image.
Regardless, the leaker has shown the state of the crease in the Galaxy Z Fold4's foldable display compared to the equivalent in its predecessor. Evidently, the leaker is attempting to demonstrate that the Galaxy Z Fold4 has a shallower display crease, seemingly one of many display improvements for this year's Galaxy Z Fold. Unquestionably, the crease remains visible on this apparent prototype Galaxy Z Fold4, though.
We would not recommend reading too much into this photo at this stage though, considering how low resolution it is. Also, there are numerous reports of the crease worsening over time with various Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip generations. Hence, there is no guarantee that the crease in the Galaxy Z Fold4 will age in the same way as it does on previous Galaxy Z Fold models. Presumably, more hands-on photos will emerge between now and the Galaxy Z Fold4's official reveal. Reputedly, Samsung has scheduled a Galaxy Unpacked event for August 26, where it will also announce the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Watch5 series.
