Motorola is now offering the Edge 50 in Europe, roughly a month after debuting the device in India. Available in three colour options and 512 GB of storage, the Motorola Edge 50 also comes with a healthy launch bonus worth €149.99.

Motorola is on somewhat of a spree lately when it comes to releasing new smartphones. Earlier this summer, the company introduced new foldables by way of the Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra, which are known in North America as the Razr 2024 and Razr 2024 Plus (curr. $899.99 on Amazon), respectively. Now, it has presented the Edge 50 Neo, as well as the Moto G35 5G and Moto G55 5G, launch details for which you can find in the appropriate hyperlinks.

In between, it unveiled the Edge 50 5G, which is also referred to as simply the Edge 50. While the device was only available in India initially, Motorola subsequently started selling in Mexico and the Middle East. Now, the Edge 50 has reached Europe, where it has landed for €599. Motorola has promised to release the handset across Latin America, Asia and Oceania 'in the coming weeks' too.

To recap, Motorola equips the Edge 50 with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, plus 12 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, 512 GB of storage and a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 68 W wired or 15 W wireless charging. Additionally, the handset features a 6.7-inch pOLED display that outputs natively at 1220p (1.5K) with 1,600 nits peak brightness and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the 160.8 x 72.4 x 7.79 mm and 180 g device contains 50 MP primary (OIS), 13 MP ultra-wide-angle, 10 MP telephoto (3x optical) and 32 MP front-facing cameras.  Incidentally, Motorola has decided to bundle a complimentary pair of Moto Buds+ earbuds with initial orders that it typically sells for €149.99; please see the company's product page for further details.
