Orico has confirmed that its first laptop is also on the way. A lightweight and compact model by the looks of things, Orico has not held back when it comes to including several ports missing from most modern 13-inch and 14-inch laptops.

In the last few days, Orico has been teasing a forthcoming 'major product announcement'. Initially, it seemed that the company intended to introduce a device resembling the Mac Pro. However, it subsequently teased a Windows 11 mini-PC that could be mistaken for Apple's latest Mac mini (curr. $549 on Amazon).

Now, it seems that Orico has even more up its sleeve. Despite being best known for laptop accessories in recent years, the company has now indicated that it is about to embark on a full laptop release itself. As usual, Orico is remaining coy about what it actually has planned. Nonetheless, we can make a few details about from the image below.

For instance, the laptop has a sculpted chassis to give the appearance that it is thinner than it actually is. Additionally, Orico has packed the laptop's right-hand side with plenty of ports like Ethernet, a microSD card reader and two full-sized USB Type-A ports. By the looks of things, the laptop also contains a lip for what Lenovo typically uses to house Windows Hello IR cameras. Unfortunately, more substantive details about Orico's first laptop remain unknown for now.
