DJI announces March 21 launch event as it teases the release of a new drone
DJI has announced the date of a new product launch event, scheduled for March 21. Scheduled for 09:00 EDT (13:00 UTC), the event falls within DJI's Enterprise division. As such, we doubt that DJI will unveil any new consumer products, such as the rumoured Mini 3 series. Incidentally, the company has confirmed that it will showcase the Mini 3 series soon. However, it is rumoured to do so in April instead, not on March 21.
Supposedly, DJI's next enterprise product will be 'for everyday heroes', a term that the company has explained any further. However, @DealsDrone anticipates that DJI will reveal an enterprise version of the Mavic 3 instead. For context, DJI announced the Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Cine in November, both consumer drones. It remains unclear how the Mavic 3 Enterprise will differ from its consumer counterparts, but its shell has leaked online, embedded below.
Additionally, @DealsDrone thinks that DJI may release the M30, another drone that they have leaked on Twitter. Reportedly, the DJI M30 will be compatible with the RC Plus, a controller that has an integrated display, multiple joysticks and several buttons, among other features. Thankfully, we only have to wait until Monday before DJI reveals what it has planned.
