After the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus comes the Galaxy Tab A7. MyFixGuide spotted the budget tablet on Geekbench last month, but it is Evan Blass that has offered a first look at the device. Samsung released the Galaxy Tab A (2020) in March with an 8.4-inch display, so the Tab A7 is probably the successor to the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 (SM-T590N).
The two renders that Blass has published show the Tab A7 in two colours. Both have black display bezels, which are relatively large by modern standards. Samsung has positioned the tablet's front-facing camera on one of its long sides, along with power and volume buttons. There is a single rear-facing camera too.
According to a Dutch retailer, the Tab A7 will have a 10.4-inch display. Hence, Samsung will probably officially market the tablet as the Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 (2020). The tablet is expected to have a 2,000 x 1,200-pixel display, along with a Snapdragon 662 SoC and 3 GB of RAM. 32 GB and 64 GB storage options should be available, as will LTE and Wi-Fi only models. The same retailer indicated that Samsung would release the Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 (2020) on September 13, too. The tablet is expected to start at €230 and US$250 in the US.
