A few days have passed since Paras Guglani revealed various details about the Poco X7 alongside the more powerful Poco X7 Pro. Now, the same leaker claims to have obtained about not just the former's launch date but also its initial pricing.
Reportedly, Xiaomi intends to replace the Poco X6 (curr. $259.99 on Amazon) on January 6. However, the company may wait until 9 days later before it actually starts selling the device. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen at this time whether these dates will also apply to the Poco X7 Pro.
Meanwhile, Guglani asserts that the Poco X7 will start at €225-€230 (~$235-$240) and INR 21,000-INR 23,000 (~$246-$269). Additionally, the leaker has provided what appears to be an official spec sheet, which we have embedded below.
As previous leaks suggested, the Poco X7 will combine a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset with a 5,110 mAh battery that supports 45 W wired charging. Furthermore, the device should land in early January with a 120 Hz AMOLED display that measures 6.67-inches across. On top of that, the Poco X7 will feature a 50 MP primary camera aided by optical image stabilisation (OIS), likely the Sony LYT-600 also found in the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G.
