Huawei is now tipped to add a new member to its mid-range smartphone series called the Enjoy 70X. It might support up-to-date satellite messaging courtesy of Beidou in China as well as 5G, according to a famous leaker.
Digital Chat Station also hints that the 70X might have Huawei's 50MP RYYB sensors on its back. That feature was once exclusive to the OEM's flagships, as is the Mate 60-esque Star Ring camera hump also reportedly spotted in the upcoming handset's new leaks.
They suggest that the 70X is to be available in 5G or 4G/LTE-only versions. The former is said to run on the Kirin 8000A platform, whereas that of the latter remains unidentified.
The 70X 5G (or Huawei "BRE-AL80") might become available in green or white, whereas the 4G (or BRE-AL00a) might have a dark purple option.
One or both of them might, have a curved display, whereas newer devices such as the Mate 70 have flatter screens. None of the Enjoy 70X series' leaks have hinted at a launch date thus far, however.
