Motorola Razr 70 Ultra surfaces in new leak following Razr Fold release

Motorola has just released the Razr Fold internationally. Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, the Razr Fold is one of three foldables that the company is expected to launch this season. Based on recent leaks, Motorola's first book-style foldable will soon be joined by the Razr 70 and Razr 70 Ultra, or the Razr 2026 and Razr Ultra 2026 in North America.
Now, Android Headlines has provided an overview of the hardware that is set to underpin the latter. Reportedly, Motorola has equipped the Razr 70 Ultra with 50 MP primary, front-facing and ultra-wide-angle cameras like the Razr 60 Ultra before it (curr. $699 on Amazon). Likewise, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset will return too rather than the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
One notable upgrade will be the adoption of a 5,000 mAh battery for a circa 6% capacity improvement over last year's model. This year's Razr will support 68 W wired charging though, as well as seemingly identical 4-inch and 6.9-inch displays. Motorola's clamshell foldable remains stuck at IP48 certification against dust and water resistance, too. Pricing and availability remain unknown at this stage.
