Hardly any time has passed since One-Netbook presented the OneXPlayer Super X as an alternative to the latest Asus ROG Flow Z13 (curr. $2,199 on Amazon). While the company has not indicated when the OneXPlayer Super X will be available, it has shed more light on the state of the OneXPlayer X1 Air.
The fourth OneXPlayer X1 release so far, the OneXPlayer X1 Air is the first since the original OneXPlayer X1 to leverage Intel processors. Specifically, One-Netbook has based the OneXPlayer X1 Air around the Lunar Lake architecture, which can be found in ultrabooks and some MSI Claw gaming handhelds. So far, One-Netbook has only suggested that the OneXPlayer X1 Air will be available with the Core Ultra 7 258V.
However, the device represents more than just a processor change. In fact, the OneXPlayer X1 Air is the first in the series to feature a built-in kickstand; all previous models ship with a detachable stand that blocks an air intake. Unfortunately, One-Netbook has also dropped OCuLink connectivity in favour of Biwin's proprietary Mini SSD standard found in the Super X and the GPD Win 5. As a result, eGPU expansion will only be possible via the Air's Thunderbolt 4 ports. The OneXPlayer X1 Air will receive an official Chinese release on September 8 2025, with One-Netbook missing its August release window for some reason.
