Ross Young of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) claims to have obtained information about Samsung's planned colours for the Galaxy S23 series. Currently expected to arrive early next year, the Galaxy S23 series should consist of the regular Galaxy S23, the Galaxy S23 Plus or Galaxy S23+, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra. As leaked CAD-based renders have already shown, the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus will differ more from their predecessors than the Galaxy S23 Ultra will.
According to Young, Samsung has only created four colours for its next flagship smartphones. However, we would not be surprised if these were Samsung's retail colours, those that can be purchased from third-party retailers, and that Samsung planned to offer more colours through its Online Exclusive range. For reference, Samsung sells Graphite, Cream, Sky Blue and Violet colourways for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus, but only if you purchase either model directly. Likewise, Graphite, Sky Blue and Red are Online Exclusive colours for the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Supposedly, Samsung will release the Galaxy S23 series in Beige, Black, Green and Light Pink. In other words, Phantom White appears to have made way for Beige, possibly the hue in which Samsung offers the Galaxy Z Fold4. Unfortunately, Young does not know if this is the case, although it would be strange for Samsung to develop a different hue a few months after introducing Beige. Incidentally, Young was correct in his predictions for Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 colours, which he divulged in May.
