Deal | New Sony WF-1000XM4 deal reduces earbuds by over US$80 in 29% saving

Amazon US is offering the WF-1000XM4 at a healthy discount again, having sold them at US$50 below its US$279.99 MSRP through most of last month. Presumably, the impending release of the WF-1000XM5 has prompted more WF-1000XM4 sales to clear stock of the soon-to-be older model. For reference, this month's deal does not take as much off the WF-1000XM4 as one that the same retailer held over the Christmas period, in which it cut the earbuds as low as US$178.00.

If you missed Amazon US' deal at the tail end of last year, the retailer is now offering 29% off the earbuds. Unfortunately, it has not outlined when this deal lasts, but there do not appear to be any purchase restrictions. At the time of writing, the 29% off deal reduces the WF-1000XM4 to US$198, an US$81.99 reduction from its MSRP. Additionally, the deal applies to the WF-1000XM4's two colourways, which Sony describes as black and silver.

Incidentally, Sony has only recently brought Bluetooth Multipoint to the WF-1000XM4, having announced the feature in October. Moreover, the WF-1000XM4 support Sony's high-resolution LDAC Bluetooth codec and delivers up to 8 hours of playback with ANC activated.
