T70: Teclast launches huge but inexpensive new Android tablet with up to 32 hours of battery life
Teclast has launched a few tablets this year, including the relatively compact M50 Mini. While that model has an 8.7-inch display, the new T70 sits at the other end of the scale. Specifically, Teclast equips the latter with an IPS panel that spans 14-inches across.
In other words, the Teclast T70 is only marginally smaller than the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra (curr. $1,184.99 on Amazon) that Samsung announced in September. Teclast is targeting a different end of the Android tablet market than Samsung, though. Consequently, the T70 makes do with a 1,920 x 1,200-pixel panel with a 60 Hz refresh rate.

Moreover, the tablet runs Android 14 and supports Widevine DRM L1 for streaming DRM-protected content from Amazon Prime Video and Netflix, among others. Meanwhile, a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset and a 10,000 mAh battery combine under the hood, which Teclast complements with 18 W Type-C charging. For reference, the tablet also includes 8 MP front-facing and 13 MP rear-facing cameras, as well as a second auxiliary rear-facing sensor.
Furthermore, the T70 supports MicroSD card expansion, GPS and nano SIM cards. Currently, the Teclast T70 is available from AliExpress, where it sells for $229.99 with 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM. However, the tablet should reach Amazon at a later date.
