The Teclast P50AI is a new tablet that is advertised with various AI functions and is equipped with a slightly faster display. It comes with the latest operating system and can also be used as an alternative to a notebook.

Teclast has unveiled a new tablet, the P50AI, which is not yet available and there is also no information on price or availability. On the other hand, Teclast has stated that the P50AI will soon be available at Amazon, just like plenty of other models from Teclast (such as the T60) already listed there. Advertising emphasis is given to various AI functions. For example, videos can be scaled to a higher resolution using AI, and AI text recognition is also supported. Android 15 with TeclastOS is installed, which should allow multiple applications to be run in parallel, just like on a desktop operating system.

The SoC installed is the Allwinner A733, which has two Cortex-A76 and six Cortex-A55 cores. 6 GB of LPDDR5 RAM are installed, which can be expanded virtually via a swap file. UFS 3.0 storage is on board, but is not so large at 128 GB.

The display measures 11 inches, of which the refresh rate is specified as 90 Hz. Further details about the resolution or the maximum brightness are still pending. Two cameras are installed, of which the main camera is said to have a resolution of 13 MP, while the front camera - for selfies and video conferencing - has a resolution of 5 MP. Whether the Teclast P50Ai also supports mobile network connections is still unclear, as is the battery capacity.
