New Sony wireless earbuds with ANC pictured before global release

The Walkman Blog and MrWalkman have partnered to provide a first look at Sony’s next earbuds refresh. To recap, billbil-kun alleged at the end of last month that a new pair of Inzone Buds would be joining the Inzone H6 Air on April 16. Not only has Sony since teased as much, but it has also teased that it has at least two other Inzone products waiting in the wings.
For the time being, it is unclear what these other Inzone products are. By contrast, Inzone H6 Air specifications and launch pricing have already leaked. Now, The Walkman Blog has followed this leak up by publishing almost a dozen images of the Inzone Buds in its unreleased translucent finish.
Currently, the website is unsure whether this new release will launch as Glass Purple or Glass Violet. Nonetheless, the leaked photos confirm that Sony’s new earbuds feature a glossy finish on most areas, including its charging case and USB adapter. Sony has applied a matte finish to high wear areas like the inside of each earbud, though.
The new Glass Purple or Glass Violet release should retain the same hardware as existing models (curr. $238 on Amazon). Thus, the earbuds will feature 8.4 mm drivers, active noise cancellation (ANC) and up to 24 hours of battery life with ANC switched off. Presumably, pricing will remain unchanged at $239, too.
