Honor uses the body of a mouse as a charging case for wireless earbuds, so that these are always available for music, videos or zoom calls without having to pack them separately. Honor advertises a battery life of one month with normal use.

The Honor Choice MouseBuds Pro is probably one of the most unusual mice on the market, as Honor combines a compact travel mouse with completely wireless earphones. The rear half of the mouse functions as a charging case for earbuds, so that they can be charged directly in the mouse and are always available when working on a laptop.

Practical: As soon as the mouse is paired with a computer via Bluetooth, the earphones are automatically paired with the same PC so that they are connected when the earbuds are removed from the mouse. Alternatively, it is also possible to pair the earphones with another device, for example to make calls via a smartphone. The 2-in-1 design should not only increase comfort compared to two separate products, but also ensure a tidier desk and save space in your luggage.

The earbuds do not have silicone earplugs, but still offer active noise cancellation to at least slightly dampen ambient noise. The special surface of the mouse is designed to repel fingerprints and be gentle on the skin. The left and right mouse buttons rely on particularly quiet switches, which should achieve a service life of five million clicks. The optical 1,200 DPI sensor from PixArt should be able to work precisely on different surfaces. A 1,000 mAh battery should provide a runtime of 30 days with typical use, charging is via USB-C.

Prices and availability

The Honor Choice MouseBuds Pro is available at Honor Germany for €99.90, but is not yet available in the US.
