Nothing CMF Phone 3 Pro leaks with Snapdragon and battery upgrade

The Nothing CMF Phone 2 Pro was launched last May. Nothing is apparently following a similar schedule this year, as Android Headlines has already been able to share first details about the CMF Phone 3 Pro before the mid-range smartphone is due to be launched "soon" to compete with the Samsung Galaxy A26 ($259 on Amazon).
Nothing is apparently planning several upgrades. First and foremost, the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro will be replaced by the more modern Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. According to our benchmarks, the Snapdragon chip is only around 10 percent more powerful, but with four ARM Cortex-A720 performance cores and four Cortex-A520 efficiency cores, the chip is more efficient.
The battery is set to grow from 5,000 mAh to 5,400 or 5,500 mAh, and can now be charged with up to 45 watts, a third faster than the CMF Phone 2 Pro. As before, Nothing is to install an AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,392 x 1,080 pixels, but details on the screen size or brightness are not yet known. The body will apparently receive an upgrade too, as the frame will now be made of metal instead of plastic.
Nothing is set to use a similar design as last year. The Nothing CMF Phone 2 Pro was able to set itself apart from the competition primarily thanks to its unusual design, but the mid-range smartphone also impressed in our test with a long battery life, the 120 Hz OLED display and the solid triple camera for this price range. Among other things, Nothing should make improvements to the body, which is only IP54-certified and therefore not completely waterproof.
