Acer Predator XB323KRV: 32-inch gaming monitor revealed with 600 nit panel
Taiwanese retailer PChome has listed the Predator XB323KRV on its website, the existence of which Acer has not acknowledged yet. At any rate, the retailer has revealed all core specifications for the unreleased gaming monitor, as well as numerous marketing images. Based on the details shared by PChome, the Predator XB323KRV contains the following ports:
- 1x 3.5 mm jack
- 1x DisplayPort 1.4
- 4x HDMI 2.1
- 4x USB 3.2 Type-A
- 2x USB Type-B
- 1x USB Type-C
As its name suggests, the Predator XB323KRV features a 32-inch display, specifically a 4K IPS panel with 10-bit colour depth (8-bit + FRC), 138 PPI and 0.7-1 ms response times (GtG). Additionally, the panel has a 160 Hz refresh rate with AMD FreeSync Premium integration and peaks at 600 nits. Moreover, the Predator XB323KRV is DisplayHDR 600 certified; you can find more details about DisplayHDR 600 certification on VESA's website.
Acer has included twin 7 W speakers too, plus 100 x 100 mm VESA mounts and an adjustable stand. PChome has priced the Predator XB323KRV at TWD$26,900, which is equivalent to US$874 at current exchange rates. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen how much the Predator XB323KRV will cost in other markets, nor when Acer will officially launch the monitor at this stage.
