OEMs often discount their existing stock heavily shortly before a new product release, and Google is no different. The volume of recent Pixel 4 and 4 XL leaks have seemingly drowned out all other Pixel-related news, including the heavy discount that Google is currently offering on all Pixel 3 and 3 XL models.
The sale takes US$300 off and runs to September 28 at 23:59 PT, with Google applying it to all colours and storage options. In short, that means that the 64 GB Pixel 3 currently costs US$100 more than the Pixel 3a. Similarly, the Pixel 3 XL now starts at US$599, US$120 more than the Pixel 3a XL. The company stresses that these are limited stock deals, so you may run out of luck before the offer expires. There is no need to apply any codes either, with Google applying the saving automatically.
The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL both scored 90% in our reviews late last year. Both devices come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, 4 GB RAM and up to 128 GB of UFS 2.1 flash storage. However, while the Pixel 3 XL has a 6.3-inch 1440p display, its smaller sibling has a 5.5-inch 1080p panel.
