Huawei has been slashing prices off its products more frequently these days — perhaps for obvious reasons. Its latest Summer promotion focuses on the flagship Matebook laptops and entry-level MediaPad tablets instead of the smartphones or smartwatches that the manufacturer is more well-known for.
As detailed by the table below, the well-received MateBook X Pro and MateBook 13 will each be $200 off across various online retailers for the next few weeks. Note, however, that the MateBook X Pro sale is for the 2018 model and not the 2019 refresh that has yet to launch in North America.
Meanwhile, the already inexpensive family-oriented MediaPad tablets will be $20 to $30 off and the budget MateBook D with dedicated GeForce MX150 graphics will be $850 after savings.
See our full reviews on the MateBook X Pro, MateBook 13, MateBook D, MediaPad M5, MediaPad M5 lite, and MediaPad T5 to learn more about each system.

After graduating with a B.S. in environmental hydrodynamics from the University of California, I studied reactor physics to become licensed by the U.S. NRC to operate nuclear reactors. There's a striking level of appreciation you gain for everyday consumer electronics after working with modern nuclear reactivity systems astonishingly powered by computers from the 80s. When I'm not managing day-to-day activities and US review articles on Notebookcheck, you can catch me following the eSports scene and the latest gaming news.
