MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition tipped to reach global handsets next month as it arrives on the Mi 10 Pro, Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro and Redmi K30S Ultra
Xiaomi has distributing MIUI 12.5 Enhanced to some of its recent flagship smartphones. As we reported previously, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced supposedly offers better performance compared to MIUI 12.5, an OS that Xiaomi promised would be 'faster, lighter and smoother, anyway.
So far, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced has reached the Mi 10 Pro and Redmi K30S Ultra, also known as the Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro outside of China. According to the pair's changelogs, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced makes the following changes:
- Swift performance. More life between the charges.
- Focused algorithms: Our new algorithms will dynamically allocate system resources based on specific scenes, ensuring smooth experience on all models.
- Atomized memory: Ultra-fine memory management mechanism will make RAM usage more efficient.
- Liquid storage: New sensitive storage mechanisms will keep your system vibrant and responsive as time goes by.

Presumably, Xiaomi will only do so once it has issued MIUI 12.5 Enhanced to the dozen devices it has confirmed so far, include the Mi 11 Ultra and Redmi K40.
